## Who we are

RealTime.Photos is a live event photo sharing platform operated by Nanjing Zhiyin Trading Co., Ltd. at realtime.photos. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

## What we provide

RealTime.Photos is a tool that enables photographers to share event photos with guests in real time. It includes a photographer dashboard for uploading and managing photos, a guest-facing gallery, face recognition for photo filtering, and QR code access for guests.

We provide the platform as-is. We do not provide photography services, editing services, or any guarantee that the platform will meet any specific outcome for your event or business.

## Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

## Photographer obligations

By using RealTime.Photos, you agree to:
- Only upload photos you have the right to share
- Obtain appropriate consent from event attendees to photograph and share their images, consistent with applicable laws (including GDPR where applicable)
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or obscene content
- Not use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate event photography

## Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (merchant of record). All prices are in euros. Events are paid per event -- no subscription. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact hello@realtime.photos within 14 days of purchase.

## Content and data

Photos uploaded to the platform remain the intellectual property of the photographer. By uploading, you grant RealTime.Photos a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your photos solely for the purpose of operating the guest gallery.

All event data is automatically deleted 15-90 days after the last photo was added (depending on plan), or no later than 90 days from the first photo. Photographers can delete events at any time from the dashboard.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealTime.Photos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
